FIRST, PLAN AHEAD.

Book multiple meetings at one time to increase the number of extras you can choose for each event. There's no restriction on the interval of your meetings, and you may book dates through 2015, pending availability. The number of rewards for which you are eligible is based on the number of meetings you book:

Book two qualifying meetings, and select three extras
Book three qualifying meetings, and select four extras
Book four qualifying meetings, and select five extras
Book five qualifying meetings, and select six extras
